In 2007, after teaching physics for six years at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, Kerry entered the Peace Corps, and taught physics and computer science in Ghana. In addition to his deep excitement about science and exploring the natural world, Kerry loves the outdoors and gets out hiking, backpacking, climbing, biking, and paddling whenever he can.
